It is very easy for Zhu to get through all the bullshit from Shanghai University.  All he needs to do is find out who is in charge of releasing the papers or reinstate him back, then pay a &quot;special visit&quot; to this person&apos;s house.  

This tactic worked great for a friend of mine who works as a collection agent for insurance companies.  


I wonder why did his girlfriend breakup with him?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
