Are they starting with the man in the mirror?

China will launch nationwide campaigns to crack down on copyright infringement on the internet.

The General Administration of Press and Publication and National Copyright Administration recently announced that the government will take strong actions against violators so as to protect intellectual property rights.

The story mostly talks about music, movies and games. Shanghaiist wonders if they are going to "crack down" on theft of the written word, as well. If so, we're sure they are aware that China's state run media has been known to dabble in a little journalistic thievery. OK, a lot. Just ask Danwei.
