Ok, I already talked to them. But I don't think they were even paying attention to me. Could you just do me a favor, take it off from here at least please? It's the one says Pudong International. Thank you.

Which number? We got the phone numbers directly from the official tournament website. Maybe you should talk to them.

Dan, thanks for your response. I'd caution against sourcing links from Xinhua News-- it is not exactly the paper of record. The tickets which weren't already earmarked for corporate sponsors and gov't authorities were sold out to the public months ago. You can confirm this by calling the event organizers or the ticket hotline. And not to belabor the point, but given the way the Masters Series is set up, other than a few alternates and wildcards, the tournament berths are known well in advance. Keep up the good reporting; I appreciate what Shanghaiist is trying to accomplish

Thanks for your comment, Sergio. This Nov. 4 story says the following: "All the group tickets, as well as tickets to semi-finals and finals have been sold out." That leads me to beleive that tickets to earlier rounds are still available. Do you have a link that says differently? Also, the field for the tournament wasn't set until yesterday. So, while that's not a "big scoop," it is currrent news.
