Errr...I was just being sarcastic, snide, and snarky. Me too. Sorry for the overload. It's just been on my mind lately, as I've spent most of my waking moments out at the course since Wednesday.That will change soon, thankfully.

Overheard on the course: "Compared to Thailand, it's very civilized." -- one tournament official to another, in reference to the crowd at the HSBC Champions "You have got to be kidding me." -- Tiger Woods, at the tee on 17, when a fan's camera made him stop in midswing "Welcome to Songjiang, the city with a long history of 1,000 years!" -- not overheard really, but this was printed on a huge billboard near the course (the drive to the tournament is horrendous, by the way ... one hour, if you are lucky)
