<description>&lt;p&gt;I don&apos;t understand why so many people have to die each year in the coal mines. Is there a chart somewhere to show the number of death each year? This is to show if the death rate is getting higher or lower. 
Why can&apos;t the government do something faster? &lt;/p&gt;</description>
