<description>&lt;p&gt;I&apos;m sure it&apos;s the dry atmosphere. It&apos;s been much worse this year than any other, and this winter had been, until a few days ago, the dryest for ages. As soon as the rain started this last week the taxis stopped giving me electric shocks.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
