Oh Beijing, Where Art Thou? Number 15. Down 12 spots from last year. Maybe they should move the Olympics to ... oh, we don't know ... Mianyang? (It's in Sichuan, by the way -- and Shanghaiist spent a couple days there in 2004. Decent live music.) The survey, "which takes traffic, environment, social welfare and security into account," was conducted by Beijing-based polling agency Horizon Group.
