<description>&lt;p&gt;It&apos;s being closed because the land is to valuable to leave as a market - they (both the city and the officials involved) can make more (for the city and themselves) from selling it to a property developer for another georgeous tower block. Nothing to do with concerns over IP - of which there are none. The new one will be in Hongqiao apparently - handy for the villa complexes. Shame they can&apos;t just move it back to Huating Lu where it was before.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
