"No other country can compete with China when it comes to the expansion speed of road building," brags Wang Yuanqing, a professor at the Highway College of Chang'an University in Xian. (Highway College graduates are always pompous asses.) We have to admit, the thought of RVs on Chinese roads scares the shit out of us.
