Roses, chocolate and ... plastic surgery

shanghainosejobvalentines.jpgStill looking for the perfect way to bring you and your significant other closer together this Valentine's Day? Then why not head to the nearest plastic surgery clinic for a cute, matching pair of faces that brings you so close together, that even your own friends can't distinguish between the two of you?

China's obsession with plastic surgery is finding fresh demand from couples who are going under the knife to get their noses and even their eyes done as a sign of their love for one another, the official newspaper China Daily reported.

Some clinics advertise special Valentine's Day packages. ConBio Plastic and Laser Surgery Hospital, a China-U.S. joint venture, is offering a 20 percent discount from Feb. 14-17, said the clinic's manager, who identified himself only as Mr. Chen.

In case you were at all worried that bruises, bandages and grotesque gashes across your faces might detract a bit from the romance factor of couples facial reconstruction, there's no need to fret because surgery comes complete with "free roses."

Nothing says "I would love you even more if..." like giving the gift of plastic surgery. Afterall, the prise of ture love (sic) is never too high.

Happy Valentine's Day!
