We found this little factoid from Pacific Epoch:

According to a recent survey by Chinese career consulting firm CBP Career Consultants, 52 percent of white collar workers in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen have their own blogs and 28 percent more will launch their own blogs soon, reports Oriental Morning Post. According to the survey, white collar bloggers update their blogs every three days on average, and Shanghai's white collar workers update their blogs every 4.5 days on average. The report said that 41 percent of white collar bloggers use MSN Space because it is only open to friends, while 27 percent has public blogs.

That reminded Shanghaiist to check out Blog CN to see what's been happening in the Chinese blogosphere. We clicked on some of the blogs that have recently received the most hits, and found that many were different posts from the same blog. This blogger had some interesting pictures, like a triptych of photos of what appears to be the blogger himself, sitting behind a desk, whereupon he unbuckles his pants and whips out his schlong.*

*Considering that under the hot, handsome, or sexy man photo category this blogger has more than 200 pictures or posts, and that under the sexy woman category, a stinkin' zero pictures, we think he might be gay.**

**The point of this post, however, is that Shanghaiist is most definitely NOT gay.
