It wouldn't necessarily be a lawsuit because you would have to prove damages. So many times people think just because you copied another person it's cause for a lawsuit, and this is another case. How has Narita benefitted by using Billy Joel's lyrics? I'm sure everybody is signing up to use the day rooms at Narita now that we know that the toothbrushes have his lyrics on them. How has Billy Joel suffered as a result of this?
