Shanghaiist Happy Hour II: See you tonight!

jeffjorve.jpgWe checked out the third floor of Blue Frog on Tongren Lu last night -- pretty cool. That is where most of the Shanghaiist Happy Hour folks will be. We'll have our own bar up there, and there is a DJ booth where our DJ iPod jockey Jeff Jorve will spin his "tastefully eclectic mix of neo-soul, jazz, funk, and hip hop." We imagine the crowd will spill over to other floors of Blue Frog, which is fine, because everyone in the entire bar gets the drink specials. Not a bad deal.

One last time, here are the details:

What: Shanghaiist Happy Hour II
When: TONIGHT, Friday, March 3, 6 pm-9 pm
Where: Blue Frog, 86 Tongren Lu, Tel: 6445-6634 (请带我去铜仁路86号)
Who: Anyone who shows up
Admission: FREE
Drink Specials: Two-for-the-price-of-one on all standard drinks. (Standard drinks are house wines, bottled and draft beers, house spirits — vodka, gin, rum, whiskey — with juices or sodas.)
Free Food: Nachos, marinated chicken skewers, spring rolls, etc.
Shooters: Blue Frog is famous for having a ridiculous number of shots available, and we have been warned by bar management that some might “appear” throughout the evening.
Music: Jeff Jorve's iPod plays a "tastefully eclectic mix of neo-soul, jazz, funk, and hip hop."

If you have any questions/comments about the music tonight, the man pictured is who you should speak to.
