<description>&lt;p&gt;On a side note, has anyone other than Shanghaiist noticed the obsession with &quot;lucky draws&quot; in China? With gambling being illegal and all, it seems like lucky draw is the only way around it. Raffles, give-aways, and lotteries are all referred to as lucky draws, and somehow that is not gambling.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
