<description>&lt;p&gt;I was in Bilboa a few years ago. A nice little port town. 

Don&apos;t know what the people there have done to deserve this abomination on the landscape. I am as open-mided as the next person when it comes to architectural novelty, but I firmly believe that &quot;good taste&quot; in architecture is inseparable from at least some spin on functionality. All flourish; no substance; stupid buildings.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
