I don't know about this one particular shop but there are other 5 shops nearby (Maoming Lu by Nanchang Lu, Fuxing Lu & XiangYang Lu, Xianyang and Shaanxi, etc...) that also have had nothing else buy hangers and mannequins for over a month now in there shop. They used to sell European brands (not fakes but fashion samplers) and one day the police arrived with 3 vans, a couple of "inspectors" and confiscated all the goodies. The owner is in jail, but not for too long, and the shops will re-open in a month or two "when things cool down", as I was told by one of the shopkeepers I met on the street the next day... Perhaps in another location not to attract too much attention... But not too far either.

The name of the store is not called ying ming. But it would seem like so because it's right above the mannequin store. But if you look aside, you will see another ying ming right next to its right. My guess is the two stores used to be one, and this mannequin store came and rent one of part of the old store, leaving the name ying ming above it.
