In order to make local visitors feel more at home, the costumed characters mingling with guests at Shanghai Disney will litter, cut in line, and urinate in public.

Disney already has a commitment from Beijing / Shanghai for a park. If you go out to Nanhui (close to Pudong Airport) surprise surprise they have already built the freeway infrastructure which leads direct from the airport to a conveniently located large and empty parcel of land.

Its not a question of when Beijing will agree it. Its been agreed. Its simply a case of which date they have agreed to make their announcement of the agreement. The fourlane freeway which heads out to this location and which they have been building for the last 18 months is a dead give away.

I am sure the HK authorities negotiated a 4-5 yr delay before any official announcement of Disney's
2nd park. The deal's done they are just not allowed to talk about it yet.
