A packed week at the Gig to get the Zinedine Zidane/Syd Barrett fans in a better mood -- Coco calls from Canada, Shanghai’s top band stops by to explain how a shirt will get you an adult beverage (whatever Jackie Chan was drinking, please!), 50,000 kuai on the table, a shit-load of sampling, Brad takes a breath from producing Ferris Wheel to talk about Ferris Wheel, Tanghui stops by to defend our previous accusations, Cubans gone wild, one mic shattered and another held together with duck tape ... and we (after stretching it out as long as possible) finally give those BEP tickets away … meaning we’re going to have to think of another way to whore ourselves out (note to self: ask Tiffany if that “Bear Club” has live music).
