Map of the Day: Shanghai property prices and subway lines

Thanks to Brad at the Mad About Shanghai blog for introducing us to this interesting map that shows apartment prices (per square meter) based on the closest metro stop. Not being in the market for an apartment (blogging doesn't pay like it used to) we are not sure how accurate it is, but the right parts of town appear to be the most expensive. The map was forwarded to Brad from a friend, and no one seems to know where it came from or when it was made. It looks like it is a scan from a magazine -- has anyone out there seen it before?

Looks like our apartment would be about 2 million RMB or US$250,000. We'll stick to renting.
