Snakes on a mother-flippin' bootleg DVD

snakesonaplane082806.jpgWhile we were lucky enough to have Octopus 2, those of us in China missed a lot of the Snakes on a Plane overkill that swept through the United States (and, based on the image to the right, France?).

But we do, of course, have the bootleg DVD. We always have the bootleg DVD. And John at Sinosplice was nice enough to share the one he bought with the rest of the world. We love it.

Here are a couple Chinese titles for Des Serpents Dans L'Avion that are being used:

空中蛇灾 — “Midair Snake Disaster”
航班蛇患 — “Snake Woes On A Flight”

John didn't say what he thought of the flick -- other than raving about its French laugh track -- but it got a 59 out of 100 over at Metacritic (users gave it an 8.3 out of 10).
