We told you a few months ago about a documentary film called Nostalgia (乡愁) about Shanghai’s disappearing shikumen (石库门） and longtang houses. However, since it’s not going to theaters anytime soon, the best way to watch it is at private screenings, like the one tomorrow at the Duolun Museum of Modern Art at 2 pm. You can get a chance to ask question or chat with the director after the screening.
