Shanghaiist Dinkum Drinks: Last chance for a free drink
In case you have missed -- and really, how could you -- we have been asking daily Aussie trivia questions in a build up to tonight's Shanghaiist Dinkum Drinks Happy Hour at Senses. The winners of these daily contests get a free drink at the party (if they can find us in the crowd).
Well, we've saved the easiest question for last. Really, everyone out there should know this one. It's a three-parter, and it goes something like this:
"How can three young people who say they're desperate for work, knock back good jobs at a tropical paradise and still expect to collect the dole?"
Who said this, on what TV program was it said, and what's the surname of the "three young people"?
The first person to comment below (using a legit email address) with the complete correct answer wins. We'll put your name on a list -- track down Dan at the party, and he'll get you your drink. (As long as you don't call him a Seppo.)
People have asked us, "Why the Australian theme for the party?" And frankly, we're surprised people have to ask. September 22 is Kerri-Anne Kennerley's birthday!
