Media has been all a buzz these past few days with the dangerous substances that cosmetics contain. Are those substances really that harmful to the face? Or is it just a government ploy to introduce a new testing regulation?

I think both of those ingredients put the "white" into face whitening, and with "white face" in such demand, the companies figured "the whiter the better".

and in the West, it is in such oppsite of TAN, TAN, TAN, natural Tan, Tanning Salon Tan, Fake Tan, Tanning Cream....

Women are never pretty enough.

whose fault is that ?
