I know this is Shanghaiist and all, but just wanted to add that Wiki is coming through loud and clear down here in Kunming as well. Whoopee!

The wikipedia may be accessed through www.answers.com at times when the wiki is blocked.

it comes with a bug: they unblocked it after they have individually filtered out certain historical events, which you can still not access..
