I went to the Science and Technology station yesterday and noticed the change as well. The metro did not stop at the new Shiji Ave station but slowed down while passing through. I seemed to be the only one gawking at the new, shiny stop.

On another note, there were a number of beggars in People's Sq/Ave passageway and at the S&T station. I don't think I've seen this before. Is there a rise in this kind of thing? The S&T guy was quite aggressive and by the ticket booth.

That's so ridiculous. Any tourist that sees that will just pronounce it like it's Japanese or something.

Pudong hate is not appreciated.
