I'm glad you mentioned that they have this cheese in Weisikanxinzhou too! The Wisconsin version is very tasty, actually, and I think they make a similarly textured cheese with strawberry flavor--rather like a dense cream cheese (good spread on bread). I don't think chocolate and cheese are so difficult to imagine paired together in a delectable way. After all...chocolate cheesecake.

I have tried this cheese. It tastes like firm chocolate pudding. Not good on its own, but tastes pretty decent toasted over bread or a cracker
