Uh. that sure looks like one of those 'modern' led-lighted kites one can see at the bund and other old people gathering places.
In North America and Europe, UFOs usually go after "moble home communities" or other such culturally unique areas, so what does that say when China's second largest, most important city is also getting buzzed by said aliens?
