LMAO! oops. It looks so readable at first, then bends the brain a little at the end, doesn't it? it is meant to say:It's the only way to standardize waitress' hair. Think about it. You can ask long-haired girls to cut their hair, but unless you want to wait a year or two, you can't tell a girl with short hair to immediately grow it before you hire her.

I can confirm that Bellagio waitresses indeed all have short hair. It's definitely a 90s thing, seems as if it exudes "modern" which is the theme of the two restaurants.

Agreed, the uniform short hair look does indeed make the place look more professional. While i personally like women with long hair, the short hiar look is really nice on their service staff (and on theg ones at Bellagio) Makes them look more professional and less girly and farm-like, as is the case in many of the restaurants around town.

I actually haven't been to "Charmant" - but I like "Bellagio" a lot. I can confirm that all the waitress there have short hair - very obvious... Looks good but if you think about that they are forced to do so :-S
