Oh dear, I smell a fight brewing. Let's be civil about this please. The great thing about art is that it can be hated by one person and loved by another. So I hope this "discussion" doesn't turn into a mudslinging match.

Here's my two cents: the art scene in Shanghai is not as developed as other "international" cities. It still has a long way to go but at least there is a vibrant scene here... no matter what your taste may be.

Tired, predictable and dull non-art, eh? Please, then, oh mighty Shanghai Art Guru, enlighten us. Where can we find inspired, unpredictable and exciting true-art?

Tired, predictable and dull non-art. A place filled with people (such as yourself) who are determined to enjoy it and make something out of it, so you get that warm and cuddly "I like art" feeling. To be honest.
