If you look closely in the video (within the first 20 seconds) the big bouncer on the left of the stage tells some people to put their joint out. Not sure if that did much good.
yeah i was right at the front , there was a chinese guy there he wasnt dancing throughout the show and looked outta place, turns out he was a cop/security guard, well he was shining his torches at ppl smokin, but yeah, i dont think anyone cared ,it's a reggae concert after all haha
