Breaking News: Spaniard crowned Mr. World 2007

MrWorld.jpg
The search for "the world’s most desirable man" is over — 25-year-old Spaniard Juan Garcia Postigo was crowned Mr. World 2007 in Sanya, Hainan, this totally serious release from April Fool's Day tells us. He is flanked by the first runner-up Lucas Gil from Brazil and second runner-up Jiang Lejun from — yes, indeed — China. The pageant broke from its four year hiatus and was hosted in China for the very first time, attracting contestants from 56 countries and regions.

You may also enjoy photos from the contestants' kung fu lesson, cooking challenge, cocktail challenge, kayaking challenge, (tropical) fashion show, the "assault course" and, our favorite, the "talent" show.

Whatever. Francois Huynh from HK was *so* much hotter than Jiang Lejun.

How did that ugly SOB come third?
