Video: The line to get into H&M's new Shanghai store

This video was taken early on Saturday afternoon — a full nine days after Shanghai's new H&M store on Huaihai Lu opened.

We've never been to an H&M before, but it can't be worth waiting in line for, can it?

Here's a little tip for those of you who don't feel like waiting in line: Walk east on Huaihai to the blocked-off entrance. It appeared as though if you walk fast enough, and with enough purpose, the guards at the door don't bother to stop you.

I sure as hell don't think it is, but my 16 year old daughter would certainly beg to differ. Cheaply made stylish clothes at very cheap prices.

I drove past last Saturday and saw the queue. All desires to get into H&M were gone right at that instant.

Thank God I could get into H&M in HK.
