That's truly amazing. Big respect to anyone who can run for that long. Period.

Silly foreigners. What will they do next?

Cheers! to all that participated and KUDOS to the Shanghaiist who completed it! A marathon is no easy task, even if someone think its a buch of silly foreigners...these runner have fortitude! :) that said if course... I ain't that crazy. ;)

Umm. There was a notable omission in the list of runners' nationalities- were there any Chinese runners?

I only saw maybe a handful of them, that is why I didn't mention it.

that's awesome! congratulations. have you competed in other marathons in china? would be interested to know which marathons are considered the most popular or famous among chinese runners.
