Shanghai's got a scuba diving spot
This place actually opened a few days ago and is located at a beach in Jinshan (金山城市沙滩). They say the water's pretty clear: a visibility of six meters, and it costs 330 RMB for 40 minutes, and comes with a guide. You can go during the day as well as at night.
