Killa Kela @ Volar on Friday

Killa Kela hasn't been in town that long but, already, he's been getting around. And by 'around', we mean in the doing-lots-of-things sense, not in the slutty sense (unless any readers want to come forward and tell us otherwise...)

Last Saturday saw the beatboxing bad boy open for the Infadels — a stellar show, complete with cowbell! — at Absolute House. On Sunday, he dropped in at The Lab — we didn't go, but reports confirm that the intimate show was dope indeed. As for tonight, we heard a rumour about some goings-on but rather than repeat the whole Sonic Youth he-said-she-said debacle, we'll just let it slide.

The British rapper, however, is confirmed for this Friday night at Volar, where he'll appear with DJ Skeletrik. We assume Trip will be around, too, to round out the Spit Kingdom crew.
