A perfectly grilled hamburger is absolutely delicious. And while unhealthy, usually it's the cheese / bason / fries that piles on the calories. Most likely China you have never had a good hamburger. Go to the cook-off. As for me, I can't figure out why Chinese haven't stopped eating chicken feet (and assorted other fringe body parts) now that they are not on starvation diets anymore, but I guess each to their own.

I dont understand why american cannot do better food than an hamburger, here in shanghai u see them eating at some pub , many fat people eating this unhealty food.... I dont get why .... you dont have something better to eat?

Bob, have you ever been to a beach in Thailand that is popular with Scandinavians? Jesus Christ, those 45+ year old Swedish Hulk Hogan wannabes with the 80's bandanas and lame sunglasses and Harley Davidson motorcycles are some of the fattest people I've ever seen. It honestly looks like their chests are on the verge of bursting, and it doesn't help that many of them have heart-related surgery scars right down the middle of their chests.
