<description>&lt;p&gt;Why are cities/provinces in China so interested in having international beauty pageants?  So local officials can take a shot at hot foreign (especially white) chicks?  Guess what, yellow teeth, spitting and greasy comb-overs aren&apos;t attractive anywhere.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
