The bar staff had no idea what the prices were and kept messing it up. In fact, they tried to overcharge on purpose a bit. Something fishy going on there. The finger food was basically non existent except for a few plates dumped randomly on tables. The music could not be heard outside Everyone was sitting at their own tables. It was not very inviting to mingle with others. Sorry, but not the best one, but it is not the fault of Shanghaiist.
