Went there the other night and unfortunately the food was horrible. Some of the worst I've had in 2+ years in Shanghai. Have a hard time understanding why you guys like this place so much. Perhaps it just wasn't their night. Beer was good though.

It's pretty good, but really nothing special. Bland food, not terrible interesting, at least it's not as oily as most of what you find.

Worth going if only to try Yunnan food in Shanghai, also for those with no or limited Chinese. Only foreigners go there, and there's lots of English and some pictures on the menu. Cross-the-bridge noodles makes for a decent inexpensive lunch, I was reminded of a fancy pho.

For the same price, though, there's many, many other restaurants in Shanghai that are better.
