<description>&lt;p&gt;^Must be because they work for you.  Our ayi&apos;s have done well so far, both have been from Anhui and have been nothing but respectable. 

Yes, interesting juxtapasition indeed as Shanghai does tend to disrespect everyone else and yet really needs these outsiders (outside laborers etc) to do much of their dirty work and (expats) to do some of the real work (like company managemnt and strategy);)&lt;/p&gt;</description>
