Looks like it's just a concept, not on the market.
I don't think this is a concept for a phone, more likely concept for their IM software.

Guest number 4, yes Tencent, the parent company does manufacture things. They have everything from their own cellphones, mp3 players, soft toys and their own ramen noodles!
