To the person who told us all her sob story about her friends sister, or whatever 3rd degree Eichmann number this (once?) young individual may have had, this person is an adult and as any adult he must have been able to develop a strong sense of humour considering he's been putting off a visit to a surgeon for a while. It's actually astonishing that you decided to be his baby-sitter in this situation. If he was actually able to read this article, I believe he would have fully utilized the comment system. So either he a) doesn't speak English b)doesn't own an internet capable computer or c) doesn't even bother with these circle-jerk comment systems. (I'm only commenting myself because I'm appalled when people try and play high school guidance counselor on an system as impersonal as text based comment boards.)

You know my sister too has handicapped hands and has lived with these types of cruel comments her entire life. As you can imagine school was no fun for her. The kids called her a monster. I imagine these kids parents were like alot of you. She is an awesome and beautiful person and rose above it all. Im very proud of her. I am so glad this person has some hope for a normal life. Hopefully has rose above these types of people in their life. Good luck to you in your surgery.
