<description>&lt;p&gt;That exact same thing happened to me coming from NYC to Shanghai. We were supposed to land at Pudong, then it was changed to Hongqiao because of &quot;fog&quot;. People were absolutely LIVID, especially those with connecting fights to places all over China. Those people had a find a way to get from Hongqiao to Pudong to make their connecting flight. 

It was also chaotic because they needed to get customs officials to the Hongqiao airport because it was an international flight. People were so mad that customs just collected forms and let us all pass through without looking at our passports.

Fortunately, it was 7am so there were transportation options available. But you are right, these kind of situations are mind-boggling. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
