This is a truly horrendous video. Makes me want to baste these bastards and broil them like Beijing yangrouchuar. Also makes me feel sorry for my Chinese friends who are so frequently embarrassed by the cave-man attitudes of some of their comrades. Reading BBS responses to videos like this one sometimes make me want to move back to a country that has a huge posse of lawyers, just waiting for some a-hole to dye puppies' ears pink or beat them to death to make a hopelessly misguided point.

How nice it would have been to have been walking past with a can of pepper spray at the time. A dose for the sellers and for the jinbei standing and watching would have been well in order. Then again, it's never to late. I'm sure these people will be back at the same place in a short space of time.

what happened after? the guy just smash the pets and then just went free? or he just pay that 500 to 5000 rmb? come on... after the first dog that that mothef... smash ed i would go and make him stop by a good way.. or a not that nice way that excuse of the 城管 its kinda stupid. anybody would be shocked at the first pet smashing.. but after that you realize whats going on.. and stop it its good to read this post.. since my chinese reading isnt that good
