China, and the rest of the world, is less and less concerned with what the US is doing at home. We are a market for them and that is just about all and with Bush's policies putting the dollar in the toilet we'll see how long that lasts. The people who run the US, either party, are making the country into an isolated, paranoid, angry giant, As long as we don't invade them other foks are happy to let us elect buffoons who claim that when they talk to God he talks back. The big nations are laughing at us and the small nations, especially if they have energy resources are scared. Of course if the Democrat who wins keeps sending arms to Taiwan that could be a problem in Sino-US relations. I'm afraid the short sighted ignorance of international opinion and cooperation will continue whoever is elected. As far as cleaning up the environment its nice to see that China will make retailers start charging for plastic bags, just like my own pinko hometown San Francisco.

Oooh, Less, another snappy one. But why don't try retorting with actual commentary and analysis, or would that require the use of big and unfamiliar words?

Actually China would favor any democrat over any power-hungry republican. Ron Paul is a libertarian and would isolate the U.S. from the dependency on China, which in my view is a good thing. I feel China is doing all the right things, (accept cleaning up their environment)something dems will do after winning in Nov. China holds onto their money and stays out of insane wars.(something Ron Paul wants for America). If I had to wager, Obama will be the next president. The Chinese government will appreciate him over GWB or any other republican.
Obama '08

No wonder I think you're an idiot. You dig a deeper hole for yourself every time you post. You want to shake things up? What the hell does that mean? It doesn't matter to you what anybody wants to do as long as it shakes. What a moron.

Gee Less, that's really insightful, intelligent and witty. No wonder you have to live in China. Perhaps you should take the big picture view that Obama and Paul are candidates that will actually shake things up, especially a strict constructionist like Paul.

But then again, narrow minded people like you throw their entire lot with one choice and are unable to comprehend to choose alternatives.

Obama and Paul are from completely different ends of the US political spectrum. They share very few beliefs. The depth of your political analysis is showing again. Get back to beating the anti China drum if you don't want people to think you are an inconsistent idiot.

^ Oh, I do back Obama from the Dems, but I'd also back Paul if he wasn't the Dem's candidate and if Paul could get the Republican nod (which he won't, he would hurt too many special interests).

bad, bad usagi.

Huckabee is softer on China because he still has visions of islam o'facists running around in his head. You ought to hear about China from a realist like Ron Paul and from John McCain to a lesser extent.

bad, bad china.
