But seriously thats sad.  Nonetheless, it s the whole permitting system and such that needs an overhaul so while one may consider a snitch in this case a &quot;prick&quot; another may consider him a law-abiding citizen.  Sad huh?  Lucky Shanghaiist tells it like it is and is not limited to being truly journalistic in its reports.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
