So, rather more Chinese breaking the Chinese law than foreigners breaking it. I think it would be good if the Chinese also respected Chinese law.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;On a similar note, twice in the past week, several PSB guys have come to where I live to ask me to sign some papers with the crucial information: name, date of birth, address, passport #.  Anyone else get this?  I also suggested a cavity search but unfortunately they declined.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
