Sometimes they have nice italian row ham, salami and veggy and eggs cakes. The food is good, ciabatta bread with all kinds of nice staff is delicious. Hot is coming and is nice to drink a real pure ice espresso or cappuccino. Tomorrow I will try, croissant and nutella (chocolate jam) or croissant ice cream. Before dinner i will have a nice NEGRONI cocktail or San Pellegrino CHINOTTO.

As the reviewer says, the food is good and relatively inexpensive. The pesto is bland, but the meat lasagna is very good and comes with an unadvertised side salad. The pizzas, with their square, bread-like crust, are decent as well. It would be nice if bread rather than peanuts was served before the meal, but nonetheless the food is solid. The decor is perhaps nothing special, but it's perfectly nice, if simple. The extremely friendly owner says they've been open for a month and a half now. Hopefully she'll manage to keep the place afloat.

Most new places in town go for a flying start and then go down, beaten down by staff trouble, over-zealous food safety inspectors (who love to get down on restaurants that are posing as cafes) and greedy (Chinese + foreign) landlords. If the current trends continue, this city will be carpeted by likes of McAvoid, KFC, Star*ucks and GII Wonton. Lets hope this one does not allow its quality down the toilet after a couple months. I like variety in this city I am going to go to Saluto and support it.
