Free Tibet gets technological on Shanghai subway

tibet0421.jpgFrom Mutantpalm.org comes a post about a Ming Pao report about a BBS posting (!) in which it was stated that some black-suit clad Freetibetters came into the subway and began playing tapes that advocated, well, you can guess what. This blog says the same thing. The four men got on on Line 2's Lujiazui and started playing the recordings and then got off. That blog post also mentions that security is a bit tighter on the subways these days, with security trying to make sure no one walks onto the subway with any appreciable amount of flammable material.

ITweb posts about some Freetibet-themed cartoon that makes fun of Chinese atheletes but which is really malware. If you see "racefortibet.exe", don't open it.

If i had met them, i would not stand by. It is our turf. Want to protest for Tibet inside China? well , ask my fists

funny!!!why do they do it in Shanghai downtown? Dalai LAMA should get financed more make them go to French to do that! Who would listen to them in Shanghai metro way line2??!!!

wow, I think now the pro-tibetan guys who suck on China economy for salary in Shanghai could get scared their ass-off... There could be a bomb in Lujiazui?!! oh, yeah, now you are happy... go and march with them!!! I am sure there would be some surprises...

[seriously I heard something from my friend shanghai that police caught some tibetans equiped with detonator or petro... no matter you hate me or what, pls be careful... even I am the "nationalist" as you call me. I dont wanna see ppl die.…^_^ ]

actually, i admire them to have the courage to do that in mainland china, unlike some other progressives from the 6/4 that have no spine and complain about china in other countries. if you want something fight head on. i heard that news too in a chinese media. shanghai men were laughed at because they didn't do anything when these people were protesting, but i think it is because they respect freedom of speech. nah... i am just kidding, they are afraid. lol.
