I will stop by at Hujiahui police station this PM and suggest the proper translation:

Please pay attention to your man sack so that old dude wouldn’t fondle it"

Seriously though, wouldn't a simple "Please mind your belongings", together with the photo, say it all with a lot more class while getting the message across?

Someone has a crass crass mind in the PSB.
